Chris Lee

  • With 25+ years in IT and communications, Chris has built a trusted reputation for supporting NZ SMEs with tailored solutions. He combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of business challenges, especially in cybersecurity and communications. 

    Committed to growth, he’s honed his skills through programs like The Icehouse Leadership Development Programme and ITIL® Foundation. Passionate about empowering businesses, Chris is dedicated to helping them thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world. 

Craig Byrnes

  • As Technical Director at Netcare Limited, Craig brings decades of IT expertise and leadership. His career began in the 1980s with Honeywell in Sydney, later taking him across industries and continents, including overseeing UK government systems and supporting Amnesty International in Hong Kong.

    Returning to New Zealand in the 1990s, he founded Byrnes Computer Services, which grew into Netcare Limited. His early 2000s partnership with Medtech cemented Netcare’s reputation for delivering reliable IT solutions to medical centres and businesses. Today, Craig continues to drive innovation and excellence, keeping Netcare at the forefront of IT.

Franc Mlinarek

  • With a background in HR, staff development, and safety management—combined with a lifelong passion for IT and cybersecurity—Franc brings a unique perspective to Netcare. His early work identifying system vulnerabilities sparked his commitment to protecting businesses.

    With experience implementing IT solutions for multimillion-dollar companies across Australia and New Zealand, he’s dedicated to helping organisations stay secure and thrive. Focused on practical, business-driven solutions, Franc empowers teams and builds resilience through technology, ensuring businesses are protected and ready for success.

Fiona Ludemann

  • With over 25 years of experience in finance and business administration, Fiona is an invaluable part of our team. As a former Business Intelligence Consultant, she spent 10 years working closely with businesses to streamline processes and uncover meaningful insights through analytics. 

    Now at the helm of our finance team, Fiona ensures everything runs seamlessly while staying focused on what a business needs to make smart, effective decisions. Her expertise and dedication to keeping things efficient helps us - and our clients - stay on the right path to success.
