Our Support, Simplified
Your guide to our stellar support services!
We know that quick and effective support is key to your business’s success.
At Netcare, we’re always looking for ways to boost our service for you and your team. We know that quick and effective support is key to your business’s success. That’s why we’re making some updates to ensure we continue to deliver top-notch support, promptly and efficiently.
If Your Issue Is Urgent:
From the 17th of June 2024, we will make changes to our phone system menus, so please listen carefully to the new menu system to ensure you get connected to the right people.
Our focus for phone support is to be able to improve how we deal with those urgent ‘P1’ (Priority 1) issues, these are issues that stop you from doing business or seriously impact your ability to do business. These are time critical issues that we know need to be resolved fast.
By using our phone support for urgent issues only, we can ensure support is delivered by the right people fast!
Non-Urgent Requests? We've Got Options!
For less urgent issues and requests, we've adjusted our internal systems to prioritise alternative support options.
You can email our team at support@netcare.nz. Once we receive your email, it will be assigned to the appropriate team member, ensuring that our Service Level Target commitments are met, and your request is resolved promptly.
What’s New?
We’re excited to introduce a convenient new way to get in touch - right from your desktop! Look for the blue ‘n’ icon in the notifications area at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on it, and then select ‘Contact Netcare Support’.
Once you click on 'Contact Netcare Support', you will see the following screen:
From here you can enter all the relevant details pertaining to your request and the team will get right onto it. If you’re not seeing this option, email support and let us know!
